• The rating will be added into the consolidated expert profile thereby an individual rating will not be visible (full anonymity on the platform). eeeThe consolidated ratings will only be published once sufficient significance according to the data set specifications is given.
  

• Comments can be made. Leading Experts® may makes these anonymous public according to their own discretion.

• The fact that you have made a rating will be notified to the according expert in order to avoid abuses. BUT: The contents and the results of your rating will not be shown to the expert.

• The consolidated ratings are only published with sufficient significance in accordance with privacy regulations.

• On suspicion of misuse Leading Experts® will investigate the ratings and contact the source of the rating where required.

• We guarantee that we will not make your address/contact details accessible to any third party and treat your ratings completely discreet and on the sole purpose of fulfilling the aim of the platform.

The research team of Leading Experts collects various information about every expert who has to be listed in the Leading Experts®-platform from publicly available sources (such as the experts’ homepage respectively of his/her office/firm, media, publications). Additionally the experts will be invited to complete or to correct their profile on their own during a given period before going live.

After this given period the profile will go live, independent of complements or corrections made by the expert. The expert has the possibility to adjust false or imprecise information at any given time. He just has to present Leading Expert® a plausible explanation respectively a proof.

A „cookie“ contains information a web-site sends to your web-browser to save your personal settings while using the web-site.

To ensure certain functionality the service has to insert and set “cookies” for technical reasons.

Leading Experts® does not forward any information to a third person without explicit agreement or according to the request of the person concerned.

Expressions of opinions and supply of information of any kind on the Leading Experts® community-platform will be assigned to the source and disclosed to the public.

All information on the Leading Experts®-platform about an expert are from public sources or were edited by the expert himself. Leading Experts® only processes the voluntarily given information for internal statistics and marketing research analyses.

Solely the Leading Experts®-Rating is a result of a mathematical formula developed by Leading Experts®, which will be dynamically and constantly developed. The formula rates information from publicly available sources or provided by the expert personally, compares, evaluates, weighted and publishes the result by indicating a quotient. That mathematical formula is based on the experiences of GLOBOGATE and will not be made public. The consolidated ratings are only published with sufficient significance in accordance with privacy regulations.
