Objective
With the rules of conduct of the Leading Experts System as listed here, the expert promises and commits himself to stick to them and strictly obey this set of rules. Only in that way Leading Experts® System can secure and guarantee the highest level of credibility and plausibility as well as quality, respectability and trustworthiness for target groups / users.
Rules of ratings
Submission of expert ratings
When experts rate other experts they tend to be fully objective in their judgements of colleagues and avoid bringing in personal relations, feelings or close ties.
Retrieving ratings
The expert has the chance to invite - just on his own and in free choice - clients from his clientele to submit ratings. However, he commits himself to stick to a representative average when picking and selecting customers out of his clientele before asking them to submit their ratings.
The expert does not submit ratings for himself. Neither in the name of a client nor in his own name respectively a feigned name.
Interventions in cases of non-realistic ratings-submissions
Should the expert become aware of a submiited rating with no relation to any clearly identifyable real case concerning his work, he is obliged to report this irregularity to the service provider Leading Experts® immediately.
Not exerting any influence or pressure on rating clients
The expert commits himself not to exert any pressure and abstain from influencing the client regarding the rating and its submission, neither directly nor in an indirect way.
Consequences of a missconduct
In case the service provider Leading Experts® observes an missconduct of the here shown rules of conduct, Leading Experts® can immediately exclude the experte from the community without regard of the notice period.
The service provider reserves the right to announce the experts on the platform who made demonstrably false ratings on the Leading Experts®-platform.
