It is the clear aim to visualize the best expert quality and make it accessible to internationally acting clients and their consulting teams in a transparent way. Moreover, this kind of first-class information will serve as a reflection and tool of securing the own quality.
The Leading Experts® quality management consists of 3 components:
The Le-rating bases on objectively measurable criteria which result from the experts profile, curriculum vitae, his awards and other qualifications. The Le-rating is calculated using a mathematical model.
We periodically collect these important background data from multiple sources which are available to everyone, such as publications, press/media reports, awards/ratings, membership in networks, professional memberships, homepages of the experts and the questioning of the experts. Finally we yearly adjust the rating of each expert if necessary.

is neutral and based on a mathematical model so all the experts can be qualified under the same circumstances.
does not favor an expert and treats everyone the same.
can not be influenced by paying a fee of the expert.
has been developed by a group of experts (international tax experts, lawyers) for advice seeking users.
is very easy understandable as it is defined in percentages.
The advice seeking user of the platform can rate the chosen expert with the help of a standardized questionnaire - based on soft skills. Every rating will be added to the consolidated expert profile. This way the individual rating can not be determined in detail.
In the same way the expert can invite his clients to hand in a rating. If the expert or the client whishes, these ratings can be handed in completely annonymous and therefore fully protected and under attention to the secret of the client. Leading Experts® grants that all contact information will not be recognized and saved.
The expert will be notified of the source (name) of every rating handed in through the platform but without detailed information and results. This serves to avoid abuse.
The rating will be added into the consolidated expert profile thereby an individual rating will not be visible (full anonymity on the platform).
To accomplish a transparent rating the sources will be indicated. There will be following groups of sources:
Ratings of experts listed in Leading Experts®
Ratings of clients who have used the Leading Experts®-platform
Ratings of clients outside the Leading Experts®-platform who were invited from the expert to hand in a rating anonymously.
All experts with a quality ratio of at least 60% will be awarded with diamonds and get the lable Leading Experts®.
This quality ratio emerge from the Le-rating (weighting 40%) and clients rating (weighting 60%).
These experts will be specific shown in the search result. The classification is subdivided as follows:
3 diamonds: quality ratio 87% - 100%
2 diamonds: quality ratio 74% - 86.9%
1 diamond: quality ratio 60% - 73.9%
not awarded: quality ratio < 60%
