It is important to distinguish whether your client has found you by the Leading Experts® system or whether he has received consulting service from you beyond Leading Experts®. If the rating was made by a user of the Leading Experts®-platform you will be informed of the submitted rating but not of its content and result. The name of the member will be announced to you. This is meant for your control, whereby you can recognize and report abusive made ratings.

If you invite your clients for a rating, the procedure will be completely anonymous and without notification. You send the questionnaire relating to your consulting service to the client, he can complete and forward it via your contact detail or by e-mail directly to us. Your client may print out the questionnaire in hard copy and sends it to you in order to forward it to us. The hard copy can be sent also directly to us by your client.

If you as an expert invite a client for a rating, we guarantee that we do not save any addresses or contact details and the system will not recognize those data. Your client is fully protected and you keep the secret of your client.

During the admission process, you need to edit your profile. You can measure and visualize your quality by requesting voluntary ratings. This will take very little time. After you have been admitted and accepted by Leading Experts® System, even less time is needed. Leading Experts ® system creates your profile and puts it on the net. All you have to do is to check and verify it and add uploads if necessary.

That will be decided by the market or the demand side. The platform will start already with highly qualified experts, who only became members by passing the challenging preliminary test and by the recommendation of a reliable high standing recommendation system. If you belong to this selected group, you are already very well positioned at the beginning of the platform.

A community platform will be established, where the Leading Experts® System experts can meet and interact. There you can meet your co-members on a virtual basis and exchange ideas and talk about current events electronically. It is also possible to submit seminar data and info and exchanges of experiences made can be organised, either by the experts themselves, by the service provider Leading Experts® or by the experts of the Leading Experts® development team who can also promote and arrange a personal meeting.

You will be notified about each and every rating passing through Leading Experts® system, however without the rating details (to protect the evaluator). Should there be a rating submitted regarding a case which you have not handled, you should report this immediately to Leading Experts® system. Such a rating will be investigated and if in doubt it will be removed. When you invite clients from outside the Leading Experts® system to submit a rating then you will be responsible for possibly damaging your own reputation in case this rating source should turn out not be a representative one. However these ratings will be classified separately so the advice-seeking user can establish the source transparently.

No, certainly not. A rating will be integrated into your profile and in accordance with the category processed to a consolidated profile presentation. Therefore, details cannot be derived and found.

If we could collect a certain amount of information through sources open to public, we will calculate a competence quotient (Le-rating). This will put you in comparison to other experts. After you received a minimum of 5 ratings from clients they will be combined to the Le-rating and result in an award in diamonds (group ranking). From the quality rate of 60% the best experts will be divided and classified into 3 group rankings for each consulting service. Group 1 comprises the best experts with 3 diamonds. Group 3 will have a quality rate between 60% and 73,9% and is awarded with 1 carat. The listing within each group is strictly arranged in alphabetical order. Is your quality rate below 60% you do not get an award in diamonds and therefore a comparison to other experts is not possible.

In order to be among the best experts in the Leading Experts® System and to be especially indicated with diamonds in its search you need to have at least a quality rating of 60% (Le-rating and ratings of the clients).
